Meet our team
Hello, I'm Nadia and I'm the Exam Centre Manager here at BSC Manchester. Since graduating from the University of Manchester, I have worked in administrative and teaching roles in Australia, France and the UK. In 2011, I completed my CELTA qualification at Manchester Academy of English and shortly after began teaching at the school. It wasn't long before I got involved with Cambridge English examinations, invigilating my first exam just 4 months after starting teaching. I went on to be an Exam Day Supervisor before becoming the Cambridge English Exam Centre Manager in January 2014. My role includes ensuring that we remain Fully-Compliant with Cambridge English regulations, continuing work with our excellent Preparation Centres, and getting all exam information sent out to candidates so they are ready for their exam day.
Academic Administrator and Exam Day Supervisor
Hey, I’m Phili - BSC Manchester’s Academic Administrator. I will help you to book your exam, process the application and answer any questions you might have about it. You might see me around on exam day- mainly in the waiting room before your speaking exam as I’m very talkative and like meeting people from all corners of the world.
Ana Maria Bustamante
Hello, I am Ana Maria I am the Compliance Officer in the school . Shortly after joining the school in 2012, I started working closely with the exams team to make sure that it all goes smoothly on the exam day for all involved. I am originally from Chile and have lived and worked in the UK for the last 9 years (well, it will be 10 in March 2017!). As part of the admin team, I deal with the exams bookings from the point of enquiry. On the day of the exam, I mainly deal with registration; taking candidates’ photographs and checking their IDs.
Hello, my name is Giulia and I am the School Administrator at Manchester Academy. I am originally from Italy, but I have been living in Manchester for 4 years. I am the most recent member to join the exams team, as I only started working with the school in June 2017. In school, you will find me at reception and I will be the person on the other side of the phone when you ring the Academy, so I can help you with any general enquiries you might have about the exams, as well as processing your booking and payment. On the day of the exam, I mainly deal with invigilation during the written part of the exam.
Hi I’m Sue. I work on the Reception in Manchester Academy and I can help you to book your exam and answer any questions you might have regarding the processes of bookings, preparations and payments.
